How to remove the bread pan? Remove the bread pan from the baking chamber by grasping the handle, turning the pan counterclockwise, and lifting up. It may be helpful to first lift the handle of the bread pan using the pan hook.

LCD display screen goes dark. The display screen will automatically turn off after 15 seconds of no operation. You can press the MENU/LOAF/COLOR button to turn on the lights at any time.

Why the menus wouldn't change? The programs are memorized. You can press and hold the START/STOP button for 5 seconds to cancel the previous program, and then reset the MENU/LOAF/COLOR.

Removing the kneading paddle. To avoid the paddle from getting stuck, we suggest brushing some oil onto the axle of the bread pan before using the machine. Alternatively, you can remove the paddle before the 'bake' program.
